Eligibility Centre

The NCAA Eligibility Centre determines eligibility for all incoming Division I and Division II freshmen student-athletes. Division III or NAIA student-athletes eligibility is determined by the individual school.

The NCAA Eligibility Centre determines eligibility based on reviewing high school NCAA core courses, core course GPA, SAT/ACT scores and amateur credentials. It is imperative that the student-athlete is selecting high school courses that are on the NCAA core course list, starting in Grade 9.

Student-athletes wishing to play DI or DII should be registered at the Eligibility Centre by their Sophomore year (Gr. 10).

Student-athletes wishing to play DI or DII should be registered at the Eligibility Centre by their Junior year (Gr. 11). Ontario student-athletes should use the Ontario school code when registering - 998003
