The NCAA and the Eligibility Centre have established specific high school courses that prospective student-athletes must have completed. These are referred to as NCAA core courses.
In Grades 9 & 10 core courses come from the academic level. Applied level courses will NOT count toward core course requirements.
In Gr. 11 & 12 core courses come from "M" level or "U" level.
